3. What does the tour price includes?
Ans. Our Tour Price includes :

  • Twin sharing accommodation with private bath inclusive of breakfast.
  • Cost of Air-conditioned transportation by Car/Coaches as per the size of group inclusive of all Road /Interstate taxes ,Parkings & Toll Tax & drivers allowances as specified in the itineraries.
  • Meals as specified in our itineraries.
  • Transfers between the airports/railway stations to the hotels.
  • Entrance and guide fees.
  • Services of Network Tours representative.

4. What does the tour price exclude?
Ans. Our Tour Price excludes :

  • Tips & expenses of personal nature like Laundry, Telephone calls, Table Drinks
  • Medical insurance/ Travel insurance which must be obtain from your country before arriving in India

Note : However It is re assuring to know that as per the govt. law all the service providers i.e. Transport Vehicle, Chain Hotels and Airlines have comprehensive insurance for the welfare of the visitors.

5. Is the tour price subject to change?
Ans. Yes , the tour price is subject to change only if there is any increase in domestic air fare , fuel prices , fluctuation in exchange rates between U.S. dollar to Indian Rupees, any increase in hotel rates & government taxes.

6. What are the cancellation rules ?
Ans. a. Cancellation by You:
It is requested that if you want to cancel any tour you write or email us. We will reply to you as soon as we get your notification. Till such contact the tour is deemed on. Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • After booking and before one week of commencement of the tour : Cancellation amount is 25%. of the tour cost
  • One week before the day of the commencement of the tour : Cancellation amount is 50%. of the tour cost

b. Cancellation by us:
Since all our itineraries are subject to a minimum number of person per tour & the airlines & train sechdule , Network Tours reserves the right to cancel the departure or offer an alternate date. You have a option of getting full refund of your deposit if such a case may arise. As a service group, we realize that your time is precious and if under any circumstances beyond our control we have to cancel the tour, we inform you without any delay.

7. Last minute changes?
Ans. We plan our holidays months in advance, thus any changes due to sudden technical problems, weather conditions, strikes ,riots, overbooking, closure of the hotel or any change in the government policy that leads us to alter the itinerary. We will offer an alternative, or, at your option a complete refund of your deposits. We hope you understand that as our valued guest we take every effort to make your journey a remembrance but minor changes may occur. We assure you that in event of any major change we will inform you.

8. How do I book and what is the lead time ?
Ans. We need minimum one weeks time to book a tour. However during high season, special events trade fairs and festivals minimum three to six months are required to book all services on confirm basis.

9.  How do I pay?
Ans. 25% of payment has to come to us at the time of booking and the rest 75%, one week prior to the date of commencement of that tour. Your tour is deemed to be booked only when we receive the full amount. The payment is to be made to:-

10. What is Network Tours responsibilities?
Ans. Please understand that although Network Tours makes all the arrangements with the hotels, railways and airlines for your comfortable stay and travel, they are all separate entities and thus Network Tours cannot be held responsible if they withdraw their services at any point of time.

Also Network Tours does not take any responsibility in case of any flight or train delays. A participant of our tour can't make any claims against us for any loss, injury or damage to self or property due to any act of these separate entities.

11. Is Network Tours' a member of any tour operators' body?
Ans. Yes, we are a member of Indian Association of Tour Operators.
